DIVINE HEALING for those of faith is just as available today as it was in the days when our precious Lord Jesus walked with the disciples! It is still given by Christ today on the very same terms and conditions as it was then. In fact it is given today in far greater abundance than ever before as a sign that we are in the final days before our Lord returns and everywhere in the world at this very moment and hour where great men and women of faith stand on the word of God and lack not in faith there you will find Divine Healing! God has never changed His methods of dealing with the sick or changed HIS conditions and the terms for HIS divine healing in the life of anyone who meets the terms and conditions that God has set forth in HIS living word!
LISTEN!.... Everywhere Jesus and His disciples went, the people who received their message were both saved and all of those who needed healing, were divinely healed. These facts are clearly verified time and time again throughout the entire New Testament! Yes! Concerning the WILL of Christ to heal the sick, unlike today when many thousands of so called Christians deny that there is power, wonder working power in the name and shed blood of Jesus to heal the sick, yet in the Bible we have only one account of anyone questioning His will. This is found in MATTHEW 8:2-3. The answer came from the lips of Jesus, "I WILL; be thou clean.
America's people and people of every nationality on the world mission fields are weak, sickly and dying from all types of illnesses and diseases and here in America they are dying at an earlier age than ever before and they are dying by the hundreds of thousands all around us from the sin that abounds in the lives of America's people who have turned their backs on God all across this great land! The sin filled and afflicted and those under 30 years of age dying of aids alone will claim many millions more in America over the next five years and it will bring forth one of the greatest growth and profit periods in history for the massive funeral industry in America! If you are looking for a new business to get into then look to the funeral industry it is booming and will get better as over 55 million sin filled and unrepentant sinners in America begin to die daily of aids! These dead and dying are for the most part the children of liberalism and the lies of the gay agenda and the political pimps of the left wing democratic party who are the workers of the devil and have helped to lead America down the path of moral decay and destruction and they too shall soon follow the dead and dying of aids and they too shall be cast into the fire pit of hell! ........So Sayeth the Lord Our God!
Yes! America is a fully sin filled and corrupted nation of sin and unrepentance and a nation far worse than that ancient city of Babylon and America has backslidden so far from the whole counsel of God that we as a nation no longer believe in God's promises to heal the sick? Millions in the sin filled and weak kneed pew sitting Churches of America and the millions who travel our crime ridden streets have turned their backs on God and feel that we no longer need God's healing power, that medical science is all they need, yet thousands monthly go to early graves in their teens,20's and 30's and the death bell of sin tolls louder and louder each and every day because of lack of faith in God and the wretched sin that has filled their lives and as the last shovel of dirt is cast into their sin filled graves...and their loved ones leave that place where the dead are buried and the one they leave behind because of sin did not enter into eternal peace and rest nor are they asleep in their graves for they are indeed cast into the bottomless fire pit of Hell where they begin to suffer everlasting punishment for the sin of turning away from the living God! God Word Says........."He that over cometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son. But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone!!!!" .......and the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever!!!......Read the book of Revelation for yourself!
YES! There is a real place known as Hell and you are going there if you have one drop of sin or lack of faith in the living word of God for your life! For the Bible Says!... BLESSED ARE THE PURE OF HEART FOR THEY SHALL SEE THE KINGDOM OF GOD! Just as Hell is a FACT so is DIVINE HEALING a FACT and is available to all who have faith in the Living Word and the promises of God and the Precious Shed Blood of Jesus! Yes there is still power in the blood of Jesus to Heal the Sick! But those who die in their sin daily and without GOD were not willing to live close enough to God that they could have confidence that HE would hear their prayers! It was for them now dead and buried in their sin easier to run to some doctor's office or the hospital than it was to make a full surrender to the perfect will of God and fall upon their face before the throne of the living God in prayer until the victory over illness comes and these of so little faith soon find out to late that the trip to the graveyard in the black draped Hurst comes quickly and it will come quickly this very day and hour for thousands in America who live in sin and deny God and Jesus Christ our Lord and Saviour! How quick is your trip scheduled to begin it's journey to the graveyard? Will it be today or tonight or tomorrow morning? Will you die in sin and disbelief as illness claims you in your sin? Or will your turn away from sin this very hour and come fully surrendered to the living God! Will you repent of your sins or will you be buried in them and face the ............fire pit of ....HELL forever?
LISTEN! There are over 370 types of Sin listed in the Bible and anyone of them can put you in Hell..............as a Christian can you name just 10 of them?.....NO! You more than likely cannot! Why? Because 99.9% of all people who call themselves Christians in America today simply don't read and study the Bible enough to even know just 10 sins that can put them in hell forever! Most have no idea what the very nature of sin is or what sin is at all, let alone the conditions and terms that God requires in order for anyone to receive God's promises of Divine Healing!!! That is why so called Christians cannot receive Divine Healing!....they have a form of Godliness .......but deny the power thereof and do not know the word of God!
JESUS! ....Is The Same Yesterday, Today And Forever!Let us get it forever settled in our Hearts, Minds, Body And Soul that it is God's will to heal His children who have faith, that "Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever" and If you will put that faith into action when the devil strikes you or your loved ones with sickness then Divine Healing will follow for God has promised it to you or anyone who will meet HIS conditions for healing! If you fail to meet the conditions then you will not receive God's healing and for your failure to meet God's terms and conditions that failure makes you unworthy to receive Gods divine healing! God is not going to heal anyone who is going to continue to live in sin and not live their lives in the glory of God's promises!
In my more than 30 years in the ministry of Jesus Christ as I have prayed for the sick and sent unto many an anointed healing cloth that I like Paul have worn next to my body, I have seen many healed by the power of God and faith in HIS promises and as the living, loving Bondservant of Jesus I have full knowledge of the very definite conditions to be met in order to receive God's healing power for our minds, bodies and spirits. There are many hindrances REVEALED IN THE WORD OF GOD to having our prayers answered. If you right now, right here are sincerely interested in being healed of depression of the mind, wounds of the spirit or heart, or any sickness in the body, then you to must pay close attention to the following divine conditions to be met............. For DIVINE HEALING!
You Must Be Born Again! In Mark, Chapter 2, we read of when the man with the palsy was let down through the roof of a home in which Jesus was preaching and that "when Jesus saw their faith" He first said to the sick man, "thy sins be forgiven thee," and moments later told him to arise and take up his bed and go home. The man was both saved and healed. You can be healed right NOW and at this very moment! If you are not born again, you can be both born again and healed of all your sickness at the same time.
Jesus said in JOHN 3:3, "Except a man be born again, we cannot see the kingdom of God." We cannot expect God to answer our prayers or heal us if we are not willing to live for Him. There have been exceptions when God has healed an unsaved person but He certainly has not promised to do so in His Holy Word.
However, if you are unsaved, certainly the Lord Jesus Christ will forgive you of your sins, and if you are in need of healing, HE can heal you at the same time. Salvation and healing of the body are linked closely together in Gods Word. JAMES 5:15 says, "The prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up and IF HE HATH COMMITTED SINS they shall be forgiven him.’ In PSALMS 103:3 the Bible says, "who forgiveth all thine iniquities: who healeth thy diseases."
A hindrance to many Christians being healed is the sins of the spirit such as unforgiveness, having a resentful, critical, or fault-finding spirit, or spiritual pride. These will hinder answers to prayer and will hinder all from being healed.
Jesus said in MARK 11:26, "But if ye do not forgive, neither will your Father which is in heaven forgive your trespasses." Perhaps the most common hindrance in the lives of Christians is unforgiveness. You cannot be truly right with God if you have not forgiven others who have wronged you.
Many Christians shrug their shoulders at their FAULTS as if to say, "Well, that’s just the way I am," but faults can prevent you from being healed. Read JAMES 5:16, "Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed." A harsh, critical, fault-finding spirit will not only rob you of full spiritual victory, it will hinder your complete healing emotionally and physically. Of course, spiritual pride is seriously condemned in God’s Word. Pride will make you sick and keep you in that condition both spiritually and physically. Sins of the spirit and faults must be confessed and renounced if the Christian is to be a healthy Christian.
Are you habitually committing any known sin against your body? ROMANS 12:1 tells us, "Present you bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service." In 1 CORINTHIANS 3:16-17 we read, "Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the spirit of God dwelleth in you? If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple ye are."
Anything that we are doing to harm our body is sin and God will not hold us guiltless. Sins of the body will most assuredly hinder God from healing us physically; for if God were to heal our body while we were knowingly harming our bodies with sinful or unclean habits He would be putting His stamp of approval upon our sin and God never condones sin of any type. Many Christians know well that bad habits are harmful to their health. Their doctor tells them so and still they continue to knowingly damage their health and be stricken all kinds of diseases that take them to an early grave. LISTEN! this is sin and God will not heal you if you persist in these sins against your body. God will deliver you and heal you of the bad habits if you so desire but this deliverance must come before the physical healing. Much of these sins of the body are psychological in nature and God wants to heal and deliver you from them this very day and hour!
Another step toward receiving your healing is to check to see whether or not you have made restitution and made your wrongs right wherever possible. Are you willing to apologize for any harm or hurt which you have caused others?
Many Christians find this very difficult to do. In LUKE 19:8 Zacchaeus said after meeting Jesus face to face, "If I have taken anything from any man by false accusation, I restore him fourfold." Also, in MATTHEW 5:23-24, we are taught by Christ if our brother hath ought against us to go to him and be reconciled to our brother and then come back to the altar of worship.
There are Christians who have not spoken to each other for years who go through the motions of talking to God loud and long in the public worship service and their prayers are not being heard. "If we cannot love our brother whom we have seen how can we truthfully say that we love God whom we have not seen?"
Prayer, Bible Study, Assembling Together With God’s People And Paying Our Tithes!
Other steps to take in preparing to receive the healing which the Lord wants us to have include the following:
Praying and keeping God’s Word daily. It is amazing how many of God’s people let days pass without spending time in prayer and Bible study. These are essential to a close walk with the Lord and faith to be healed.God’s Word tells us to forsake not the assembling of ourselves together. This is a command, not a polite request. We miss much of spiritual blessings when we neglect the fellowship of God’s people.
As Christians we need to recognize the importance of paying our tithes for the work of the cross and the great commission of Christ to go into all the world and preach HIS Gospel.. Tithes and offerings are God’s financial plan to maintain and expand the work of His kingdom. We are promised an overflowing blessing for tithing and Honoring God in all things!
Are You Seeking The Answer For The Glory Of God? Some of the most important verses in the Word of God, concerning understanding how to get your prayers answered, are found in JOHN 14:13-14. "And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If ye shall ask anything in my name, I will do it."
The Bible says, "Whether therefore ye eat, or drink or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God." 1 CORINTHIANS 10:31. When we come to God in prayer our motive or reason for asking for anything should be a desire to glorify Him in His Son. In JAMES 4:3 we read, "Ye ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may consume it upon your lusts."
When we ask God, in prayer, for anything just for our own good or welfare then we are not asking "in Jesus’ name." To ask in Jesus’ name means that, while we may be asking for our OWN GOOD, we are sincerely asking for the GLORY of God.
When we come to God in prayer for divine healing, asking in Jesus’ name, we are asking for health that we might be better able to serve and work for God. JOHN 14:13 clearly clarifies this. "Whatsoever ye ask in my name, that I will do, THAT THE FATHER MAY BE GLORIFIED IN THE SON." You must want to be well in order to be healed BUT you must want this in order to glorify God in your body and soul, which are His.
Do You Really Want To Be Healed? It seems like an absurd question to ask a person who is sick if they really want to be healed but it is very true that there are many sick Christians who really down deep in their heart and subconscious mind DO NOT WANT TO BE WELL!!! Some would rather have the attention and extra affection bestowed upon them as a sick person than to be well and assume responsibility for themselves and go through life accepting and adjusting to difficulties and problems which at times face all of us.
Jesus asked the man at the pool of Bethesda, "Wilt thou be made whole?" or, as we would state it today, "Do you WANT to be healed?" If you are sick now I ask you this question, "Do you really want to be healed?" Think seriously about it before you answer.
Parents Must Have Faith For Infants And Small Children Who Are In Need Of Healing! Of course, a small child is not capable of having its own faith. Therefore, the parents or guardians must have faith for the child. We find example of this in at least four places in the New Testament. In MATTHEW 9:18-25 we read where a certain ruler, Jairus, came to Jesus exercising faith for his daughter, who had already died. Jesus honored his faith and raised his 12-year-old girl from the dead.
We read in MATTHEW 15:22-28 of the Syrophoenician woman’s daughter, who was delivered from a devil in response to the desperate faith of the mother. In JOHN 4:46-53 we have the account of the healing of the nobleman’s son because of the faith of the father. MARK 9:17-27 related the healing of the demoniac son whose father cried out to Jesus, "Lord, I believe; help thou mine unbelief" and whose faith resulted in deliverance for the son. God will honor the faith of parents for the small children in their home.
Will You Witness Publicly That God Has Answered Prayer For You? Jesus said to the demoniac of Gadara, "Go home to thy friends, and tell them how great things the Lord hath done for thee, and hath compassion on thee." MARK 5:19.We should be so grateful for God’s healing power in our lives that we are willing to witness publicly of this power.Jesus said, "Whosoever shall be ashamed of me – of him also shall the Son of Man be ashamed when he comes in the glory of his Father with the holy angels."
Our Faith Must Be Based Solely Upon The Word Of God! It is not the word of man but rather the Word of God that generates faith in our heart to believe Him for our needs and desires. "So then faith cometh by hearing , and hearing by the word of God." ROMANS 10:17. The promises of God are unfailing. We need to know what they are and then to accept them as, indeed they are, the infallible Word of God. God said it, we believe it, and that settles it.
In summary, God wants you to be in good health. "Beloved I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health even as thy soul prospereth." IIJOHN 2. Basically, the conditions are FAITH and OBEDIENCE. Even where there has been disobedience or sin, God wants to forgive the sins and then heal the body or wounded emotions. The lack of sufficient faith, then, is the major reason why many Christians are not healed.
